I have many fond memories of Elaie. She was a mighty sweet woman of GOD. A great leader of faith and truth. I enjoyed visiting at her home and seeing her feed the sheep with a baby bottle. We had lots of fun on the farm years ago. Elsie proved that women could handle most all situations. She was very precious to me. My love and prayers are focused on the Mahoney family members left behind. By accepting our Lord Jesus Christ into our hearts and asking for forgiveness, we to can join her someday. Blessings.

Elsie was an amazing lady! She loved Jesus with all her heart and read her Bible daily. She also read her entire Bible many times through. Elsie had so many talents and one of her loves was her garden. She had the most beautiful flowers, berries, etc. In my mind, Elsie could do anything. She was such an encouragement to me and my family. She will be greatly missed here on earth. But I am so happy she is with Jesus and has everlasting peace.

When Elsie joined my home bible study group she became an instant blessing to me. She never hesitated to ask a question many times causing me to look for answers. I loved her dearly and she will be sadly missed. The bible group will never be the same. My condolences to the Mahoney family and my prayers are with you.

I worked with Elsie for a short time, when I first started working for Suburban News (Country Impressions), but I knew her for many years. Her faith always shone through, and if you met her in the grocery store, she never would fail to ask how you were. I will miss her, but I know she is happy where she is, in a much better place! 3VG6H5

Mom was very special to me. Even though I left the family she told me I would always be her daughter-in-law and she was always my mother-in-law. My current husband Tommy Reece and I enjoyed calling and talking with her on weekends. We also enjoyed her visiting our home when she came to Alabama to visit Becky and Dan. My love and prayers will be with all of you on Saturday, November 9th. She had told us how she was ready to go HOME. Today she is home with her heavenly father. I will miss her very much as I think about her everyday. Love you all, Linda

My heart goes out to all the Mahoney family. I loved your mom so very much. She was my mother's great friend and a special blessing to us all. I'll always remember having tea with her in mom's kitchen and "running up the road" to swap puzzles! She always had a puzzle or two in the works.
