Obituary of Daniel Allen May

Daniel May, 51, of Monroe Township, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, after a hard-fought battle from injuries sustained in a car accident in October of 2020.
Dan was the son of Melicent Moore and the late Charles E. May, Jr.
He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. If he wasn't in the woods, then he was probably at the lake. He was a welder for the Boilermakers Union through JJ White for 20 years.
In addition to his mother, Dan is survived by fiancé, Debbie Creeden; brother, David May and his wife Kathy; children, Kayla Maciejczak and her husband Matthew, Takowa Ayers and her husband Ronald, Austyn May and his fiancé Gina Martin; and grandchildren, Madilyn, Savannah, Ronald, and Parker.
A service to celebrate Dan's life will be held at Outlet Community Church, 531 Lehman-Outlet Road, Dallas, PA 18612, on Saturday, February 13, at 4:00PM. Respects can be made before the service from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. Those attending, please follow the practice of social distancing. Masks are required at all times.
Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dan's name to Outlet Community Church.
