Joe & Family,
We wish we could send a fall day, some cold beer and a football game. I know your Dad would love that. We will remember the football gatherings in the house in Annapolis. Your Dad will always be remembered as a good man and a hero for all the work that he did to keep so many safe. We send our love and sympathy.

Condolences to Beth, Joey, Christine and the entire Rosencrans family. Joe and Beth moved into their State College home at the same time we did, two houses away, and we became good friends. Joe and I shared our experiences of working in Washington D.C.—Joe with the Capitol Hill police and me in the news media. I will always treasure our many times together and the special Capitol Hill Police memento he gave me that sits in a prominent spot in my home office. I miss you, Joe.

RIP Coach. You were an incredible man, coach, friend, and mentor. The impact that you made in youth sports in the broadneck region will never be forgotten. Thank you for all that you have done for me and every other athlete that had the pleasure of being coached by you. You will be missed dearly.
