Obituary of Dwayne Martin Kalinay

Dwayne M. Kalinay, age 56 of Sorber Mountain, Lake Twp., passed away Thursday, May 10, 2018 at home, following an illness. He was born in Wilkes-Barre on October 28, 1961 and was the son of the late Edward and Carol Croop Kalinay. Dwayne was employed as a manager for Gerrity's Market in Luzerne for the last 15 years. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, the former Doreen Furman; sons, Dwayne and his wife Brittany of Harveys Lake and Devin of Jackson Twp.; brothers, Edward of California and Kenny of Shavertown; 4 grandchildren. Visitation will be held Monday, May 14, 2018 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM from the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek. At his request, there will be no funeral service.
