Roommate of Doug's at Mansfield University in Spring of 1978. Great guy, shared a lot of good times together and a lot of good memories. Saw him a few years ago while he worked at a local casino. May your soul rest in peace with the faithfully departed.

Deepest sympathy and condolences to Doug's family during this time. I attended LLHS and wrestled with Doug....well I tried to! He was a great champion and was always humble in spite of his talent and accomplishments. I didn't have a chance to talk with him for many years but always asked about him through mutual friends and associates. A great guy. May he Rest In Peace.

I KNEW DOUG FOR YEARS FROM ATTENDING MAPLE GROVE WHEN WE WERE MUCH YOUNGER AND I KNEW HIM THROUGH HIGH SCHOOL. MAY HE REST IN PEACE.

Agnew was one of the all time great wrestlers from our area. As his wrestling partner at LCCC he taught me a thing or two and he was a super dude on top of that. I ran into Doug several times over the decades and we always had plans to hook up but it never seemed to materialize probably because I lived out of town. Doug is now amongst the ancestors and my prayers will be concentrated on the Agnew Family ... walshie
