Obituary of Lora Rose Honeywell

Lora Rose Honeywell, age 44 of Sweet Valley, passed away unexpectedly following an illness on Sunday, December 25, 2016 at home. She was born in Wilkes-Barre on October 21, 1972 and was the daughter of Irene Maransky Cragle of Sweet Valley and the late Fred Cragle. On Christmas Day grandpa and grandma, the late Peter and Irene Maransky, welcomed their favorite granddaughter into their arms and took her to heaven to live with them where there will be no pain or heartache. Lora attended Lake-Lehman High School and graduated from the Academy of Creative Design. She worked at several local salons before opening her own salon, "Looks for You" in Sweet Valley. In addition to her mother, Lora is survived by husband, Charles Honeywell of Hunlock Creek; daughter, Shalynn Honeywell of Sweet Valley; beloved canine friend, Harley. As per the family's request, there will be no funeral service or calling hours. Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to be made to Blue Chip Animal Refuge, 974 Lockville Rd, Dallas, PA 18612.
