Dan and I flew together for almost 10 years out of AVP. We had a lot of fun traveling the country together and that friendship lasted beyond the flight deck. He called from time to time and always asked about my wife and sons and certainly liked to catch up. My sincerest condolences to Dan’s family in this time of loss.
