Mom,
it is time to say goodbye to you, but I know we shall meet again. You truly were an amazing wife to dad, a treasured role model of a mother to Rob, Steve and I and an extremely proud, fun and loving grandmother to all your grandkids. You were a cherished member within your extended family, an unforgettable precious friend to many and a matron to the community in which you resided. You will be prominently missed by all the lives you have touched here on this earth. I celebrate the life you lived and a I celebrate in your passing knowing that you are now with and praising your Lord and Savior in your eternal home rejoicing with Dad, Rob and all of the family members and friends that have gone home before you.
The last four years have been a difficult journey for you as dementia robbed you of the woman, mother and special person that you are. You were crushed by grief in losing dad and his adoring committed devotion to you, but you are now in your forever home, whole again and without pain, fear or anguish. You have let go of all your grief and anxieties now and are resting in peace with Jesus and in that I find comfort.
I had a great life framed by you and dad for which I am graciously thankful, and you both will be forever engrained in the man I have become. I will deeply miss you.
