Dad this still doesn’t feel real I just keeping waiting for you to come home and be sitting in your recliner but I know that’s not possible. my dad sure loved him a nice comfy recliner my father was the best man I ever known I think that’s why I’m still single cause nobody can be as good as a man like my dad was to my mom for me lol he loved him some Katie I never seen a man love a women so much !! we definitely bumped heads because WE ARE THE SAME PERSON they called me Dave Yetta growing up because i am my fathers twin I wish I could just wake up from this night mare but I know your at peace now and no more suffering dad thanks for making that video in your phone for us because it made me know you were ready to be at peace the fight is over daddo now you can rest in paradise I know your probably up there with aunt Eve and aunt Roxy and uncle Chris and your mom and your 2 best friends who I grew up calling uncle Adam and uncle Joel your all probably up there having one big party and you haven’t seen your father since you were 6 so I know your happy to be with him again thank you so much for helping me raise my 4 children you were the best poppop ever ! Kyleigh will miss her best friend always I know your shinning down on us all I miss you so much dad I’m so happy we weren’t in one of our arguing moments before you left us and your last words were I love you the night before god decided to take you into his arms im just so grateful those were your last words to me it means the world to me that you helped me raise my kids they were with you everyday since birth and I’ll always make sure they know who was always there for them I love you so much dad please watch over mommy and help her get threw the rest of her life with out you because i know this is going to be so hard for her I know in my heart you and mommy are true soulmates your love for each other is so real and genuine I couldn’t of asked for better parents to raise me and show me what real true love is I just haven’t found it lol now have a shot up there for me pops ❤️ best father best husband & best poppop I’ll ever know

A: I met Dave from my Daughter and son in laws neighbors we would go in there pool and Dave was always cleaning his pool for his kids every summer him and his wife Katie were the best hosts always had BBQ drinks snacks were always invited in there home he will be truly missed

Uncle Dave was one of the toughest men around or so he thought lol he was really a big teddy bear and had the biggest heart he loved his family and friends like there was no tommorow and loyalty that you couldn’t even imagine. I remember when we were kids all of us getting together and walking around folcroft trick or treating squad deep or coming over ur house to go swimming n when u would go in the house we would climb up on the garage roof n jump in even tho u told us not to.

The first memory that popped in my head when I thought of you was when we were kids and you took us kids to the park and we went hiking on the trail n you had all of us kids marching in a straight line singing " Left right left right left my boots are too tight my pants are too tight my balls are swinging from left to right". All of us kids were laughing, singing , and marching on that trail having a good ole time.

We have such great memories of living on Shallcross Ave with Dave and Kate. We were neighbors that became friends to whom I considered extended family. Dave was a funny guy. You never knew what he was going to say or do next to have us laughing. I remember one time Kate and I pulled up to the house to find Dave on the roof. Fixing something. He wasnt happy about something and instead of letting it get him mad he made a joke and started acting like " Baby Huey". ( His words). Stomping his feet whining just to make us laugh. That was the Dave I remember. Always making a positive out of a negative. No matter what he was always happy go lucky. A gentle giant. Im sorry he was taken so soon.

I met Dave when katie and him were living in there first place together when we were young, I’ll never forget him carrying a dresser on his shoulders and I looked him like wow look at this strong hunk, we all thought he looked like Patrick Swayze , He was so kind to everyone he knew, years later I was lucky to have them as my neighbors and we certainly had some good times,many bbqs and luau’s, Dave knew how to have fun, He also was a great “uncle Dave” to all my kids growing up, he looked out for them and also helped me out of a few jams when I needed someone,He was Mr.Mom too, we always knew he was cleaning when we heard the power washer and blower going and of course his AC/DC ,we will all miss you Dave❤️

My love we shared such a wonderful life together. I am the luckiest women alive to have met you. I miss you so much but am so thankful for the 30 plus years that I got to love you. I know we shared a past life together, we are true soul mates. We will meet again in heaven, and find our souls again in the next life. We did good babe we have great kids who have become good people and great parents to our beautiful grandkids. I really hope I met all your wishes for your service. I will try my best to not but sad and be happy thinking about all the great memories we shared. I love you my big papa!! Watch over me and come to me in my dreams.
