Obituary of Paul Stephen Boris

Paul S. Boris, age 66 of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Monday, November 28, 2022 at the Allied Services Meade Street, Wilkes-Barre. He was born in Wilkes-Barre on May 25, 1956 and was the son of the late Faye Clyde Hunter. Paul graduated from G.A.R. High School, Class of 1974, where he excelled in long distance running. He then attended the former Wilkes College. Paul worked at Lamoreaux Auto, Sweet Valley, for many years behind the counter, where he was treated like family. He enjoyed telling jokes, playing softball and volleyball, and watching sports. Paul was a loving and generous son, brother, and friend. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, David; sister, Paulette; and cat, George. He is survived by his loving family; and cats, Face and Bandit. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by the Curtis L Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
