Obituary of Nancy Ann Schooley

Nancy Ann Schooley, age 60 of Dallas, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022 at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
She was born in Wilkes-Barre on August 27, 1961 and was the daughter of the late Sterling and Agnes Walton Schooley.
Nancy graduated from Tunkhannock High School in 1980. She was employed by Encon and currently, with Pulverman, a Pennmark Tech Company for over 20 years.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by step-father, Dale Kocher; and brother-in-law, David Hunter.
She is survived by siblings, Eugene Schooley and wife Susan, Doreen Hunter, Brenda Youngblood and husband Leo, Daniel Schooley and wife Tracy; beloved cat, Sylvester; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 11:00 AM from the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek, with Pastor L.D. Reed, Emmanuel Assembly of God Church, Harveys Lake, officiating.
Visitation will be from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM before the service on Wednesday.
Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Lake Township.
